Fans of social media in Florida may have heard of Ali Spice on TikTok and Instagram. The social media influencer gained a big following online and used the platform to help empower girls and young women. Sadly, she and two others lost their lives in a hit-and-run collision, and authorities are still looking for the suspect.

Accident details

The crash occurred around 2 a.m. on the morning of Dec. 11. The popular social media influencer, whose real name was Alexandra Dulin, was riding in an Infiniti on State Road 44 with three other people when a Toyota Tacoma heading the wrong way slammed into their car. The 21-year-old Dulin was killed along with two passengers, and the driver of the Infiniti suffered serious injuries.

The driver of the Tacoma fled the scene on foot, and authorities discovered a passenger alive in the Tacoma. It’s not clear if the passenger suffered injuries. Police are working to locate the driver, and they do not know if alcohol or drug impairment played a role in causing the crash.

Seeking justice

Dulin’s father wants justice, and he was amazed by the outpouring of support on social media. As Dulin’s family and the surviving family of the other deceased passengers deal with their losses, they can pursue wrongful death claims against the driver once he or she is located along with anyone else who has an ownership interest in the Tacoma. The injured Infiniti driver may also pursue claims for financial damages as well. To gain a full understanding of their options and increase their chances of obtaining favorable outcomes, those affected by this horrible tragedy will want to work closely with an experienced personal injury attorney in Florida.
